Our clients approached us to build fabulous place for friends and family to stay when they visit – and a source of great revenue for short-term rental. With great eyes for design and style, this compact, efficient, and stylish Guest Suite shows off.


This site is narrow, and it’s a modern home designed and built for a narrow lot. Fortunately there is an alley behind the property so we had some room to push the building back. A little known zoning opportunity: alleys have a zero setback, so if you have an alley property let us know! We designed this Guest Suite in the side setback with as much light and detail as possible. Putting the building as close as possible to the rear and side property boundaries left as much space as available for outdoor seating and landscaping.
