This charming location in the heart of Grant Park had an old garage in back that wasn’t serving the owners, or their new baby. So they teamed up with the grandparents to deconstruct the garage and built a beautiful custom ADU in it’s place.

Solution

The shared driveway and existing garage dictated the location of this new freestanding ADU and allowed us to preserve all of the existing landscaping. The owners wanted a compact and high yield custom ADU that would work for visiting grandparents and for short-term rental income.
